Minimum Fare Policy
All bookings are subject to a minimum fare. For shorter distances, this may result in a higher cost than expected.

Address and Vehicle Selection
When booking, please start your address with the house number. For airport bookings, select the correct terminal where applicable. It’s essential to provide accurate passenger and luggage details when choosing your vehicle. Incorrect information may result in the journey being cancelled upon arrival due to insufficient space.

If you're booking an airport, port, or train station pickup, please include your arrival time and any relevant travel details such as your flight number.

Major Events
If your journey involves a pick-up or drop-off near a large event (e.g. concerts, football matches, or arena shows), please contact us by phone or email before booking online. Additional charges may apply due to traffic conditions and increased journey time.

If you believe the quoted price is incorrect or have concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact us. We'll double-check the fare and provide clarity, resolving any issues promptly.

Please ensure the chosen vehicle suits your passenger and luggage requirements. Selecting the wrong vehicle may result in additional charges or us being unable to carry out the journey. Where possible, we may provide a higher-tier vehicle at no extra cost (e.g. an S-Class for an Executive booking). You will never receive a lower-tier vehicle without prior notice and your agreement.

All drivers will be smartly dressed (shirt and tie as a minimum). For weddings, a full 3-piece suit will be worn. Casual or smart-casual dress is available by request only.

Booking Confirmation
Once booked online, you’ll receive a confirmation via text and email. As payment has been made in full at the time of booking, an invoice will be attached, for your records.

Drivers are usually assigned within 72 hours of travel. Feel free to get in touch for peace of mind.

Payment Terms
All online bookings require full payment. Cancellations made within 48 hours are typically non-refundable. However, rescheduled journeys are not subject to this charge.

Transparent Pricing
Our fares include all tolls and drop-off charges. Please note that extra stops, waiting time, or drop-offs not listed in the original booking will incur additional charges.
