QUOTATIONS


Quotations are based on the information provided by the hirer and take into account the most convenient and suitable route for the vehicle size. If a specific route is required, it must be confirmed at the time of booking. All quotations are valid for 72 hours and include the hire of the vehicle and driver only.

PAYMENTS & DEPOSITS​

​

  • All bookings are subject to a 20% non-refundable deposit.

  • Full payment is required no later than 72 hours prior to pick-up.

  • Any changes to the journey involving additional time or mileage may incur extra charges.

  • Toll and congestion charges will be applied, where applicable.

  • For account bookings, payment is due at the end of the month or within 30 days of the invoice date, depending on the agreed terms.

CANCELLATION POLICY


ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE MADE VIA CALL, DIRECT MESSAGE OR EMAIL.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the hire time will forfeit 100% of the cost.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours but more than 24 hours before the hire time will forfeit 50% of the cost.

CANCELLATION POLICY - A&O PLATINUM TRAVEL


In the unlikely event that we are unable to provide the booked service due to circumstances beyond our control, we will refund the amount paid to us in full. However, we do not accept claims for compensation if your journey is canceled due to factors such as adverse weather, road closures, accidents, police instructions, riots, strikes, war, system failures, vandalism, terrorism, insolvency, or bankruptcy.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • A&O Platinum Travel will always strive to ensure our drivers are punctual. However, we cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

  • Drivers will operate at safe and sensible speeds, taking into account traffic, road conditions, and legal speed limits.

  • Clients are responsible for any damage they cause to the interior or exterior of a vehicle during the hire. Any required repairs or valeting costs will be charged to the client, along with any associated loss of earnings for the driver while the vehicle is out of service.

  • Subcontracted vehicles may be provided if necessary.

  • A&O Platinum Travel and its drivers reserve the right to refuse service to any passenger believed to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or whose behavior poses a threat to the driver, vehicle, or other passengers.

  • Smoking is strictly prohibited in all A&O Platinum Travel vehicles.
