A&O Platinum Travel Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the hire time: A 100% charge will apply.

2. Cancellations made within 48 hours but more than 24 hours prior to the hire time will be applied as account credit.

3. Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to the hire time will be entitled to a refund minus 20% of the total journey cost as an administration fee. 

4. Payment Terms:

All invoices must be paid in full within 30 days of the agreed-upon terms. Any overdue payments may be subject to additional fees.
